Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the lj444 platform, including all associated pages, features, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and services operated under the lj444 brand at lj444.org (the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the lj444 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read alongside the lj444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the lj444 Platform.

Section 2

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on lj444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must not be self-excluded from gambling on lj444 or subject to any exclusion order that covers lj444 and its services. If you have previously requested a self-exclusion and that period has not yet expired, you must not attempt to register a new account.

lj444 may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one lj444 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether in your own name or using a different identity — for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once or circumventing a previous account restriction is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts without refund of any balances.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lj444 username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your lj444 account details — including your registered Bangladeshi mobile number — remain accurate and current at all times. If your mobile number changes, you must update your account information without delay to ensure continued access and smooth processing of deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

lj444 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via local mobile financial services and international card networks. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit on lj444 is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard players, though lj444 may apply enhanced due diligence for unusually large single transactions.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's lj444 wallet within minutes of confirmation. lj444 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider's network or maintenance windows.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. lj444 aims to process all standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours, subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

lj444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, as well as the following general conditions that apply to all lj444 bonus offers:

• Bonuses are issued at lj444's sole discretion and lj444 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Each bonus promotion is available to one account per household. Players who lj444 determines are attempting to exploit bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, shared IP addresses, or other deceptive means will have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the lj444 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including chargeback abuse, deposit fraud, payment method manipulation, or exploitation of software errors and system glitches to obtain credits or winnings that would not otherwise be payable.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including the sharing of live game information in real time to gain a statistical edge.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or manipulate game outcomes in any way not intended by the game's design.
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, or attempting to circumvent geo-restriction measures through the use of VPN services, proxy servers, or other IP masking technologies.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the lj444 Platform to conceal, transfer, or convert funds derived from unlawful activity. lj444 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

lj444 employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, lj444 reserves the right to void any bets or winnings associated with the prohibited conduct and to pursue all available legal remedies.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

lj444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides tools that allow players to manage and limit their gambling activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Players who have requested self-exclusion must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by registering a new account. lj444 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will take all reasonable steps to enforce them. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lj444 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the lj444 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

lj444 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. lj444 shall not be responsible for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events beyond lj444's reasonable control.

Section 10

Amendments and Account Termination

lj444 may update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, lj444 will provide advance notice via the Platform or email where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

You may close your lj444 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal of cleared funds (i.e. funds not subject to active wagering requirements) will be processed in the normal course. lj444 may retain account records for a period required by applicable laws including anti-money laundering regulations.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which lj444 operates.
